Packing Guide
How to Pack
Follow these four steps to protect your device in transit.
Wipe your device
Factory reset and sign out of all accounts before packing.
Remove SIM & SD cards
Take out your SIM card and any SD card from the device.
Wrap securely
Wrap the device in bubble wrap or similar protective material.
Use a sturdy box
Place it in a sturdy box — reuse the original packaging if you have it.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as we generate your label. We'll send updates at each step so you always know where your package is.
Lost in Transit?
We insure all shipments. If your device is lost or damaged in transit, we'll honor the original quote — no questions asked.
