Do I need to erase all the data and personal information on my hard drive?
All information you have stored on your laptop will be permanently erased, we reformat each and every hard disk we receive. However, if you have some confidential information in your device, we highly recommend that you erase them before sending.
What happens if we disagree with the condition that you selected for my laptop?
If the model or condition of the device we receive from you does not match what was described from our online form, we will send you an email with a revised quote. If you are not happy with it, we will return your device to you free-of-charge. We will provide you the tracking number.
